Outstanding colour of weathered gold. The mousse has miniature pearling and remarkably long play. Complex nose with characteristic style and notes of apple, honey, quince jam and buttered toast. Rounded, yet supple and crisp with excellent length and a hint of biscotti with lemon cream. A noble sparkling wine. May continue to age. An exceptional wine with its own classic style (91 pts.).
