The colour is yellow-green, sparkly. The fascinating varietal purity and finesse of this wine with an accent of gooseberries are enriched by notes of asparagus and tropical fruits. The taste is fresh and elegant with typical grassy nuances and a pleasant aftertaste; the aroma brings a rush of fruits with a green rind, passion fruit, granadilla and kiwi.
