The colour is a sparkling, tender pink, with soft and delicate shades. The aroma is
intense, with a mostly fruity character. Nuances of transformed strawberry and ripe cherry can be felt. In the mouth, aromas of nuts, dried apricot and warm shades of toasted bread crust are emitted. The taste is elegant, with a lasting impact and soft freshness. The finish is elegant, fresh, leaving a long memory of the flavour of apricot and accents of toast. The bubbles are very persistent; the miniature pearls are very fine and form beautiful spirals in the sparkling wine.

A beautiful sparkling pale pink colour, very long play of delicate pearls, nose with hints of biscuits, minerals, white flowers, tight and harmonious body and a very long finish. An excellent wine.

Qualities and assessment according to DiVino (April 2012):
A beautiful, sparkly pale pink colour with orange shades and a long play in the glass with very fine bubbles. A rich complex nose with toasted nut, cherry blossoms, dough, moss, mineral and herbs. An excellent balance, a tight, well-structured body with a fine dry finish with a memory of dried herbs and lemon tart. This wine can age. An excellent wine (90 р.).
