The nose is emphatically robust, with notes of dark, mineral honey, butter with caramel, unripened fig jam and smoked almonds. Elegant, oval, very impressive body - robust, yet supple and harmonious, excellent length and interesting hints of dried mushrooms in the aftertaste. An exceptional wine - a classic in its style. (91 pts.).
