Beautiful, brilliant golden-green colour. Dense mousse with medium pearling and very long play. The nose is sumptuous and fruity, with notes of ripe citrus and ripe apple with vanilla and toast. The flavor is well-balanced and rounded, with sweet tropical fruit, moss and bread crust. Classic sparkling wine, produced using traditional methods. May continue to age. An exceptional wine (91 pts.).
