Light golden colour; "sweet" nose with a hint of white lilies, butter biscuits, white pepper; excellent balance in body with an expression of minerals and a hint of olive oil; elegant finish with a fruity sweetness. An exceptional wine.

Qualities and assessment according to The Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
Qualities: а beautiful shiny light golden colour, a multi-layered nose with accents of flowers, candied orange peel, musk, rose oil, marzipan and olive oil; a balanced body with a delicate palate and a long finish. An elegant wine, which is not in the popular style for this variety.
Assessment: an outstanding wine.

An extremely beautiful golden colour with slight greenish hues. A complex, multi-layered nose with elegant salty accents of green olives with almonds, juicy white fruit, white mushrooms, earthy nuances and moss. A juicy, firm, slender body with a restrained aroma, complex, with excellent greasiness and length. A wine with aging potential (2013-2017) and an interesting, innovative approach. An excellent wine (88 р.).
