Opaque colour of ripe black cherries; complex nose with notes of white pepper, ink and ripe fruit (blueberry); rounded, potent body with the sense of red currant and salinity in the flavour; long finish with a perceptible frutiness. An exceptional wine.

Quality and Ratings according to DiVino (November 2016):
Coupage from Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc & Syrah & Merlot with an opaque ruby colour. The nose is exceptionally attractive, fruit juicy yet, at the same time, piquant with notes of blackberry, black cherry, plum, cinnamon and caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla sticks. The body has the structure of the Great Wall of China – potent and voluminous, yet with well-blended, velvety tannins. Excellent length and a finish with piquant dryness. The wine, which must age a minimum of another 4 – 5 years before opening, shows potential to age at least 10 years (2020 – 2028). Best to not open before 2020. An exceptional wine with its own classic style (92 pts.).
